Society for Peoples’ Actions in Change and Equity (SPACE) is an apolitical, free of religious affiliation and financial profit generating, Non Government Organization (NGO) of exclusive nature, emerged in 2003. SPACE has special focus on sanitation, hygiene, safe water, energy and organic fertilizer from ecological and environmental perspectives. Though SAPCE has begun its journey with this focus at it’s inception phase, it would enable itself to undertake programs in other areas of development, particularly, on human rights, governance and health. Through these initiatives, SPACE would take concerted efforts to transform ‘Imagined Community’ to a reality. Here ‘Imagined Community’ refers to an ideal society where every member has freedom, dignity, rights and possibilities to materialize their inner potentialities.
